Eastern Market Engagement Session

When I met up with Camila and Gary for the first time..I was seriously wanting to beg them to book their wedding with me lo. I knew from their initial email that they would be a chill, fun, genuine couple to work with. Engagement photos can sometimes feel weird, or like they're not expressing who you are as a couple. Which I hate, to be honest. My goal for any session is to make it feel like you. Not every engagement session has to be during a sunset in a beautiful field. While I will never say no to that..it means so much more to make your session about you. Create memories together, document you at this time in your life together.

This is exactly what we did with Camila and Gary, and something I knew that was so important to them. Their engagement photos turned out to be some of my favorites. I can't wait to photograph their wedding this summer in Traverse City!
