FAQ
how long does a family session last? we just want a short session.
I don't offer minis often because I truly feel like you can't fully get your story photographed in 20 minutes. Kids take time to warm up in front of the camera, and I never want you to feel rushed. I never put a time limit on family sessions because they are child led. It gives the kids time to adjust, be comfortable, and be themselves. On average, sessions last about an hour.
what is the turn around time?
Family, maternity, newborn sessions are delivered within 1-2 weeks. I always send a handful of sneaks within a day or two.
Weddings are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on the time of the year (busy season or not).
what if it ends up raining that day? can we reschedule?
We can definitely reschedule, but who doesn't love playing in the rain?
what is the best time of day to shoot?
Personally, I love shooting any time of day. A sunset, sunrise session is obviously beautiful, but a cloudy or super sunny day in the middle of the day is just as great. Being able to shoot in any type of light gives me more flexibility around your schedule too!
do you travel?
Absolutely! It just depends on my schedule, and there is a travel fee for anything over 25 miles from Farmington Hills, MI. A travel fee would be discussed when booking your session.
